Registration for the ICO OGSS consists of two parts:
Before completing your registration for the ICO Open Graduate Spring School (OGSS 2027), please review the details on:
This information will help you complete the registration form accurately. With the registration form you can indicate your presence for either the full week or part A or B of the week, the type of presentation you will give, and which workshop you would like to attend. We will give you the opportunity to change any part of your registration in February, if necessary. Do keep in mind that some workshops tend to fill up quickly, so it might not always be possible to register for your preferred workshop at a later stage.
Registration is open from December 2026 until 14 February 2027.
In addition to registering, you will need to submit your abstract and paper using the submission form for abstracts and papers, due by 14 February 2027. You don’t need to submit these documents at the same time as your registration; as long as they are received before 14 February, your submission will be accepted. In the beginning of February, we will confirm the title, presentation type, and workshop choice you provided to ensure accuracy.
Are you unsure about what to submit? We have added three papers that were send in for a previous Spring School.
OGSS 2027 offers on-site accommodation, encouraging participants to fully immerse themselves in a collaborative environment with fellow researchers. Room sharing will be arranged with PhD candidates of the same gender or, if preferred, with a participant of your choice. By registering, you automatically reserve a room for the duration of the event. If you have specific needs regarding room arrangements, shared facilities, or dietary requirements, please indicate these on your registration form or contact us in advance. In exceptional cases, single rooms may be available; please contact us beforehand to discuss options and availability.
